Mississippi River Delta

The Mississippi River Delta region includes parts of the following states: Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. For the Mississippi River Delta, the 2019 flight plan consists of 13 flights and is designed to accommodate the imagery data needs of the region’s growers at key points throughout the season including one bare soil image in early May. Weekly flights start in early June to help with scouting and sampling efforts as well as weed, fertility, soil, irrigation, drainage, pest, disease, and other issues throughout the season. The season ends with four flights starting in August until the end of September to help with the harvest and other late season decisions.

The 2019 Florida flight plan consists of 12 flights. It has 12 monthly flight cycles that run year round. Signing up can be done at any moment during the year. The area that TerrAvion currently covers in Florida is shown in the image above.
